Summary:The invention relates to a selective vegetable extract with antitumour effect prepared by using 65...80% Medicago sativa L. and 2.5...10% Cuscuta campestris Yunck herba and/or non-selected seeds thereof by in-series repeated extraction of 500 g of a mixture thereof with aqueous and non-aqueous solvent, the resulting solutions being afterwards concentrated by lyophilization and atomization at reduced pressure, up to the stage of dry extracts containing 5% humidity at the most, said extracts being then joined together and kneaded with for their homogenization, the extract having finally a content of at least 0.25% flavones expressed as rutoside and at least 3%/g total polyphenols expressed as caffeic acid, and to the process for preparing said extract. Invenţia se referă la un extract vegetal selectiv, cu acţiune antitumorală, ce constă în aceea că se obţine din 65...80% Medicago sativa L. şi 2,5...10% Cuscuta campestris Yunck herba şi/sau seminţele lor neselecţionate, prin extracţia succesivă şi repetată, cu solvent apos şi neapos, a 500 g din amestecul acestora, după care soluţiile rezultate se concentrează la presiune redusă prin liofilizare sau atomizare, până la stadiul de extracte uscate cu maximum 5% umiditate, care apoi se reunesc şi se triturează pentru omogenizare, extractul având în final un conţinut de minimum 0,25% flavone exprimate în rutozid şi minimum 3%/g polifenoli totali, exprimaţi în acid cafeic, şi la procedeul de obţinere al acestuia.
