Summary: | The invention relates to a process for preparing gas-oil for Diesel engines. According to the invention, the process consists in hydroconditioning the starting material while observing the following operating conditions of the reactor: temperature of 360 degree C, pressure of 60 bars, volume rate of 3 h -1, the resulting conditioned gas-oil being mixed with additives: detergent additive for increasing the cetane number, demulsifying and thawing agents, antifouling agents, dispersing agent, corrosion-proof agent, metal deactivator, depressant, additives for lowering the filtration temperature, antiparaffinous and oiliness additives.
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de obtinere a motorinei pentru motoare Diesel. Procedeul conform inventiei consta din hidroconditionarea materiei prime, in urmatoarele conditii de lucru in reactor: temperatura 360 degree C, presiune 60 bari, viteza de volum 3h-1, motorina conditionata, obtinuta, fiind aditivata cu aditivi: detergent de crestere a cifrei cetanice, dezemulsionant si antigheata, antidepuneri, dispersant, anticorosiv, deactivator de metale, depresant, de reducerea temperaturii de filtrabilitate, antiparafina si de onctuozitate. |
