Inventia se refera la N1 -acil - N2-(o-carboxibenzoil)-hidrazine cu formula generala (I): unde W este H, R5, halogen, NO2, NH2,NHR5, NR52, OH, OR5, COOH, COOR5, iar R5 este alchil sau aril, iar procedeul pentru prepararea acestora consta in reactia dintre anhidrida ftalica si o hidrazida aciclica, intr-un solvent ales dintre apa, alcool, acid acetic, derivati halogenati, hidrocarburi aromatice, la temperatura camerei, sub agitare, timp de 10...300 min.
