PRODUCTION METHOD OF PROFILED FITTINGS FOR HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS
The process comprises production based on polymer obtained by reaction at 90-120 degrees C of 100g of polyethylene glycol adipate prepolymer and 30-50g of 4.4-dibenzyl diisocyanate, with 5-7g of a mixture of monoethylene glycol and trimethyl propane. The reaction takes place in the presence of 1-100...

Summary: | The process comprises production based on polymer obtained by reaction at 90-120 degrees C of 100g of polyethylene glycol adipate prepolymer and 30-50g of 4.4-dibenzyl diisocyanate, with 5-7g of a mixture of monoethylene glycol and trimethyl propane. The reaction takes place in the presence of 1-1000 ppm relative to the mixture weight of organic dibasic acid dichloride as hardener, gelling agent and viscosity controller. The resulting polymer is poured into dies at 120 degrees.C. |
