Summary:The use of palladium doped ZSM-5 to adsorb volatile organic compounds (VOCs) derived from organic matter, optionally at ambient temperature. The organic matter can be perishable organic goods such as food, including fruit and/or vegetables, horticultural produce, including plants and/or cut flowers, or refuse. Palladium doped ZSM-5 with a Si: Al ratio of less than or equal to 100:1 and a palladium content of from 0.1 wt% to 10.0 wt% based on the total weight of the doped ZSM-5 are also claimed.
