Summary:The present invention relates to a percutaneous absorption preparation comprising donepezil for the treatment of dementia. More specifically, the present invention relates to a percutaneous absorption preparation for the treatment of dementia comprising a support layer, a drug-containing layer, and a release layer, wherein the drug-containing layer comprises donepezil or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient; monothioglycerol, thiocyanate metal salt (preferably potassium salt) or dimethylthiourea as a stabilizer; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive.The present invention provides a percutaneous absorption preparation for the treatment of dementia with reduced the formation of donepezil impurities.
