The invention relates to mixtures with paraffin oil as the active component, suitable for agronomic and veterinary use. The invention mixtures have a pronounced acaricidal and insecticidal effect and exhibit efficacy in the control of the poultry ectoparasite, poultry redmite Dermanyssus gallinae.
