[Means] A 3,4-dihalogenoisothiazole derivative represented by the general formula [I] (wherein R 1 is a halogen atom; A is an oxygen atom or a sulfur atom; and R is a C 1 -C 6 alkyl group, a C 2 -C 5 alkenyl group, a C 2 -C 5 alkynyl group, a C 3 -C 6 cycloalkyl group, a phenyl group or a 5- to 10-membered heterocyclic group containing at least one of oxygen atom, sulfur atom and nitrogen atom), or a salt thereof.
