Summary: | A method of preventing and eliminating fire danger in mining areas, consisting of eliminating any contact of carbon with air in a cave-in zone by using antipyrogens, characterised in that a pyrogenic screen is produced in excavation zones (1), by cyclically pumping a foamed antipyrogen into a cave-in zone. The pyrogen is entered directly behind the mechanised housing section (5) and/or through boring holes made into the zone. 5. A mechanism for preventing and eliminating fire danger in mining areas, characterised in that it has got a device (7) for producing a foamed antipyrogen with a spraying system, consisting of two nets (8,9) in a shape of truncated pyramids half-open towards the axis of the device (7) at an angle between 10 and 45 degrees. The smaller bases of the pyramids contact the pipeline (11), which carries the foam-producing solution with antipyrogen, through a valve (10) and the outer surfaces contact the pipeline (12), which carries the compressed gas or compressed air. |
