Summary:1. The method of raw coal material concentrating in underground mining headings, characterised in that coal output containing rock (tailings), generated by heading and exploitation mining works, is transported on belt conveyors (1) to vibrating screens (2). The screens are placed over the crowns of storage reservoirs (3), used for temporary storage of coal output. The screens (2) separate finer fractions of tailings, including coal, from coarse stone fraction. The finer fractions of tailings and coal are dropped into the storage reservoirs (3). They are transported from the reservoirs to the shaft skip compartment, used to carry them up to the surface. The coarse rock fraction slides off the screens (2) onto a belt conveyor (4), which transports the material to a crushing mill, and then to the loading room (5) of mining cars. Then, the rock is transported with the cars to the cage compartment of the shaft and carried up to the surface, together with the cars, or used for other mining purposes, for instance, for backfilling headings.
