Summary: | The method for production of enzymatic ultrafiltration membranes comprising immobilizing enzymes in the membrane, characterised in that protease, glucoamylase and ribonuclease are used as enzymes, whereby these enzymes are immobilized in the membrane simultaneously from the solution consisting of 1 part by mass of protease, from 1 to 3 parts by mass of glucoamylase, from 1 to 3 parts by mass of ribonuclease and from 10 000 to 100 000 parts by mass of water. |
