Summary:The present utility model is a composition of noodles enriched with mushroom. The mushroom used for the present utility model is preferably Pleurotus ostreatus. The powdered mushroom was mixed with flour, salt and sodium carbonate. Water, egg and vegetable oil are added to the dry ingredients and are mixed to form a dough. Kneading, resting, pressing and cutting the dough followed. Drying the dough in 3 stages before deep frying at 1000C then drained, cooled and packed in plastic sheets.
