The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to an image processing method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium. Said method comprises: determining, according to a reference image, a first image and first position information of a target region; cropping the target region to obtain a cropped image; performing noise reduction on the cropped image, and determining second position information of a face region and third position information of a human body region; according to the first position information, the second position information and the third position information, determining, in the first image, fourth position information of the face region and fifth position information of the human body region; and processing the first image according to the fourth position information and the fifth position information. The image processing method according to the embodiments of the present disclosure can perform cropping to obtain a cropped image from the first image, determine, in the cropped image, the face region and the human body region of a target object, and filter out an interference region, thereby reducing the difficulty in matching of the face region and the human body region of the target object.
