Summary:[Problem] To provide a column frame structure for a prefabricated house that can improve transportation efficiency and that maintains waterproofness and has a favorable exterior appearance. [Solution] A column frame 20 is mounted on a floor panel 40 so as to be foldable. A prefabricated house P is provided wherein a roof panel 10 is loaded onto the column frame 20. The configuration is such that the gable end of the roof panel 10 does not project further than the external face of the column frame 20 during assembly. Eaves 50 that extend down from the gable end of the roof panel 10 are provided. The configuration is such that the eaves 50 do not project further outside than the gable-side external face of the column frame 20.
