Summary:A washing machine of the present disclosure includes a water tub, and a detergent put-in device. The detergent put-in device includes a liquid storing portion, a storing portion lid plate, a first introducing passage that has a lower end portion opening near a bottom portion of the liquid storing portion, an introducing passage joint portion that is connected to an upper end portion of the first introducing passage and is formed in an inverse U shape, and a second introducing passage that has one end connected to the introducing passage joint portion and has the other end opening toward an outside of the bottom portion of the liquid storing portion. A liquid put-in passage is formed by the first introducing passage, the introducing passage joint portion, and the second introducing passage that are communicated with each other as one passage, and the liquid put-in passage is partially formed by the storing portion lid plate.
