Summary:The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composite formulation comprising omega-3 fatty acid ester and a statin. The composite formulation for oral administration according to the present invention comprises a statin-containing tablet, which is encapsulated into a capsule comprising an omega-3 fatty acid ester, and the formulation is thus in principle completely blocked from the external environment such as water, low pH, etc., and has advantages of exhibiting high stability, excellent disintegration rate, and dissolution rate.
