Summary: | Sistema (1-3) para maquinaria de movimiento de tierras (100), que comprende: una pluralidad de elementos de desgaste (10-15) adaptados para acoplarse con una cuchilla (111) de los implementos de excavacion (110) de una maquina de movimiento de tierras 10 (100); uno o mas sensores (20) para la medicion de fuerzas, estando cada sensor del uno o mas sensores (20) dispuesto en un elemento de desgaste de la pluralidad de elementos de desgaste (10-15) o entre dos elementos de desgaste de la pluralidad de elementos de desgaste (10-15); y medios de control centrales (50) para procesar mediciones de uno o mas sensores (20) para calcular la fuerza soportada por los elementos de desgaste (10-15).
A system for earth moving machinery, comprising: at least one tooth bar of digging implements of an earth moving machine, the at least one tooth bar comprising at least one nose; one or more sensors, each sensor of the one or more sensors being attached to a face or a cavity of a tooth bar or a nose of the at least one tooth bar; and central control means for processing measurements of the one or more sensors to calculate force withstood by a tooth bar and/or at least one nose of the at least one tooth bar. Also, a method comprising: receiving, by a computing apparatus of a crushing station: values of force applied to a plurality of wear elements of an earth moving machine, or data indicative of characteristics of material charged with the earth moving machine; determining, by the computing apparatus, characteristics of material at least based on the values of force when said values of force are received; and adjusting, by the computing apparatus, an operation of the crushing station at least based on the characteristics of material received or determined. |
