Disclosed herein is the compound of formula 1 (2-acetyl-4H,9H-naphtho[2,3-b]furan-4,9-dione) in micronised form, wherein the particle has a diameter of 20 micrometres or less. The disclosure further relates to pharmaceutical compositions intended for the treatment of cancers comprising the compound.
