Summary:Disclosed are two crystalline forms (form I and form II) of (4a-R,9a-S)-1-(1H-benzoimidazole-5-carbonyl)-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-indeno[2,1-b]pyridine-6-carbonitrile*hydrogen chloride. Also disclosed are methods of forming the different crystalline forms and pharmaceutical compositions containing these polymorphs. The pharmaceutical compositions are for the treatment or prevention of diseases or conditions which can be influenced by inhibiting the enzyme 11beta-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase (HSD).
