Summary:A method of comparing a wireless device's location obtained from a wireless network with the wireless device user's location obtained from another network is disclosed. The method includes the steps of: (a) obtaining a wireless device location from a wireless network; (b) obtaining a wireless device user location from a data network other than the wireless network; (c) comparing the locations to determine proximity among the locations; and (e) sending results of the comparison of the locations to a results processing system, where the compared wireless device location is at a last known wireless device location when a current wireless device location is unavailable.
