Summary: | Disclosed are phosphoric acid triamides of formula (I), where X is oxygen or sulfur, and wherein the rest of the subtituents are disclosed in the specification, and a method of making these compounds. Also disclosed is a fertiliser composition containing the compound for urease inhibition or nitrification inhibition, in order to reduce the ammonia presence of dung or excrement and to avoid toxic effects for animals. Also disclosed is the use of the compositions for fertigation, or for producing a drug to treat dysfunction and diseases associated with urease actvity, such as catheter encrustation, inflamed and ulcerous stomach and bowel diseases, urolithiasis, pyelonephritis, nephrolithiasis, ammonia encephalopathy, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatic coma, infections of the urinary passage and gastrointestinal infections, including those caused by helicobacter pylori. |
