Summary:Disclosed is a compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, wherein R2 is hydrogen or halogen, R3 is hydrogen, R4 is C1-7alkyl, R5 is a group of Formula (IIa) or (IIb), Q and W each are CH or N, m and n are each 0-2, a is a single, double, or triple bond, and wherein the rest of the substituents are as described in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound for treating central nervous disorders, including depression, schizophrenia, mood disorders, social phobia, mania, mental decline, stroke, dementia, cellular destruction on certain parts of the central nervous system, Alzheimer's disease, stress disease, gastrointestinal diseases, cardiovascular diseases, renal insufficiency, tinnitus or bradiacusia. Also disclosed is a process for preparing the compound and intermediates useful for that process.
