Summary:A triazole derivative or a salt thereof has the formula (I) and is useful for treating disease which respond to the influence of dopamine D3 receptor antagonists or agonists wherein: R1 is H, optionally substituted alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl; R2 is H, optionally substituted alkyl, alkoxy, alkylthio, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, halogen, CN, COOR3, CONR3R4, NR3R4, SO2R3, SO2NR3R4 or optionally substituted phenyl, naphthyl, or 5 or 6 membered heterocyclic radical having 1 to 4 heteroatoms of O, S or N; R3 and R4 is H, optionally substituted alkyl or phenyl; A is C4-10 alkylene or C3-10 alkylene having a Z group with Z being O, S, CONR3, COO, CO, cycloalkyl or a double or triple bond; B is a group of formula (II); X is CH2 or CH2CH2; R5 is H, optionally substituted alkyl, alkenyl, haloalkenyl, alkynyl or cycloalkyl; R6, R7 or R8 are independently H, optionally substituted alkyl, OH, alkoxy, SH, alkylthio, alkenyl, alkynyl, halogen, CN, NO2, SO2R3, SO2NR3R4, SO2R3, NHSO2R3 or NR3R4.
