Summary: | The present invention provides a silver-based electric contact material and a preparation method therefor. Silver, tin oxide, indium oxide and tellurium oxide are mixed and then 5 sprayed to obtain the silver-based electric contact material. Density of the silver-based electric contact material provided by the present invention reaches 97.28%, resistivity is as low as 2.51 uQcm, hardness reaches 103 HV, arc energy reaches 545 mJ (1000 times), and welding force reaches 38 g (1000 times). At spraying temperature of the present invention, volatilization of the silver is greatly reduced, and excessive heat is not 10 transferred to a surface of a copper matrix, which overcomes a high-temperature deformation phenomenon of a copper base, no high-temperature heat source is needed in a spraying process, which greatly reduces an apparatus cost, and improves safety, and the present invention is suitable for online processing. |
