Summary: | Provided are a copper-tin-zinc alloy and a preparation method therefor and an application thereof. The present invention provides a copper-tin-zinc alloy, including the following elements in percentage by mass: 1.5 - 2.0 percent of tin, higher than 0 but lower than 0.15 percent of phosphorus, higher than 0 but lower than 1.2 percent of nickel, 3.5-5.0 percent of zinc and the balance copper and inevitable impurities. By controlling the range of elemental compositions, the composition contents and the mechanical properties of elements tin, zinc, phosphorous and nickel are strictly controlled to ensure that the content of copper is higher than 93.5 weight percent. Other impurity compositions are controlled to be lower than 0.2 weight percent, thereby effectively guaranteeing that the conductivity (International Annealed Copper Standard) of a product is over 30 percent. |
