Summary: | The present invention discloses a preparation method for a terminal double-bond ion-responsive hyperbranched polymer: (1) adding a double-terminal double-bond monomer and a histamine dihydrochloride to an organic solvent and dissolving to form mixed solution; and (2) adding an organic base to the mixed solution to adjust pH, and then placing the mixed solution in an oil bath, heating and avoiding light to react to obtain the terminal double- bond ion-responsive hyperbranched polymer. The present invention further discloses a terminal double-bond ion-responsive hyperbranched polymer obtained by the above preparation method and an application as an ion-responsive material. The terminal double- bond ion-responsive hyperbranched polymer prepared by the present invention has excellent ion-responsiveness, water solubility and biocompatibility. |
