Summary: | The invention discloses a method for manufacturing a similar simulation of structural specimen of fracture zone containing fault, which includes the following steps: Step 1: After the rock is cored, a standard specimen with a diameter of 30-60 mm and a height of 90-110 mm is made. The middle of the specimen is vertically sawed with a thickness of 9-11 mm, and the cut core pieces are reserved for future use; Step 2: The two halves of the cores made after the core slices were sawed were used as specimen groups, and a 8-12 mm thick partition board was smeared with release agent and assembled into standard specimen mold between the two halves; Step 3: The cut core pieces are broken into fragments of different particle sizes, and mixed with fine sand and cementing agent to simulate filling materials in fault fracture zone; Step 4: the partition board in the mold is taken out and the resulting gap is filled it with the mixture, flush with the height of the specimen group; Step 5: After the mixture is consolidated, the structure with fault fracture zone is obtained by curing, demolding and grinding, and the standard core specimen is obtained. The invention has the advantages of simple method, convenient operation, low production cost and high efficiency, and has broad application prospect in rock simulation experiment. |
