Summary: | The present disclosure specifically relates to a probe and primer set for rapid identification and detection of a mink coronavirus (MCoV) and a 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), further relates to a kit and a detection method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of animal quarantine. In the present disclosure, a specific sequence of a N gene coding region of the MCoV is selected as a target region, and primers and a probe of the MCoV are designed on the basis of multiple sequence alignment; and a specific sequence of a N gene coding region of the 2019-nCoV is selected as a target region, and primers and a probe of the 2019- nCoV are designed on the basis of multiple sequence alignment. The probe and primer designed and synthesized by the present disclosure has rapidness, sensitivity, high specificity, high stability and low pollution. |
