Summary:The method is for the establishment of credit for payment of telecommunication services and involves the creation of a structure comprising a central computer and several transaction stations distributed over different locations with formation of value codes for establishment of credit for enactment of telecommunications. A transaction station comprises a control device (11) for the establishment of an evaluation code, at least on the basis of data fed in by a user. A generating device (14,15) connected to the control device generates validation data corresponding to the code. This valuation data is emitted by a feed-out device (17) consisting of a printer which prints a code number. Communication devices feed the code number to a central computer. An electronic payment unit obtains payment from a user.
