An assembly and casing integrated machine for capacitor production relates to the technical field of capacitor production equipment, including an assembly part and a casing part. The assembly part is configured for assembling immersed elements, rubber particles and an aluminum shell into a naked capacitor product; the casing part includes a naked product conveyer (10), a hose clamping group disk (11), a cleaning device (20), a drying device (21), a hose coating device (13), a heating device (14) and a receiving device (15); the naked product conveyer (10) conveys the naked capacitor products of the assembly part into the hose clamping groups of the hose clamping group disk (11); the hose clamping group disk (11) rotates and sequentially brings the naked capacitor products in the hose clamping groups to the cleaning device (20), the drying device (21), the hose coating device (13) and the heating device (14) for cleaning, drying, hose coating and heating; the receiving device (15) collects the capacitor products, on the hose clamping group disk (11), which are heated by the heating device (14). The assembly and casing integrated machine for capacitor production can realize the assembly and hose coating of the naked capacitor products, with the whole process operated automatically, compact structure and little space usage.
