Summary:The present invention discloses a method of a ceramic tile production, is characterized and comprising the steps of: placing raw materials of the ceramic tile, at a specific ratio, into a ball milling tank for mixing; after the raw materials is mixed, adding a predetermined ratio of water to the mixture, allow the mixture to mill well; after milling, adding in nano zinc oxide that functions as a catalyst, and continue milling; when a concentration of nano antibacterial enamel reaches 350g/200cc and fineness reaches 200 mesh, placing the milled mixture on a ceramic tile body surface and applying an inorganic metal compound on the ceramic tile surface; and after the ceramic tile body surface is formed, firing the ceramic tile to a temperature in a range of 1120 to 1230 degree Celsius. This results in the integration of antimicrobial and far infrared ray emission functions into the ceramic tiles. The present invention will produce ceramic tiles with premium quality, and at the same time, reduce chemical residue and bacteria on tile and minimize threats to human health as well as to reduce water pollution. The finished product has far infrared ray emission function that may effectively refresh the water quality. Drawing accompanying abstract: Fig. 1
