Summary:An antibody composition and a method for producing the same are revealed. The antibody composition includes at least one monoclonal antibody specifically binding to dengue antigen so as to detect dengue fever. The dengue fever can be type 1 dengue fever, type 2 dengue fever, type 3 dengue fever, or type 4 dengue fever. The monoclonal antibody is produced in the following way. First use the dengue antigen to immunize an experimental animal. Then yield a hybridoma cell by fusing a splenocyte from the experimental animal with a tumor cell. Next produce a monoclonal antibody by the hybridoma cell. Thus the antibody composition of the present invention is produced easily and applied to detect dengue fever. (Fig. 1)
