Summary:There is disclosed a rubber-metal laminate comprising a metal sheet and a rubber layer, the rubber layer being covered with a coating layer, the coating layer being formed from a coating agent having a total content of polyurethane and hydrocarbon-based synthetic wax of 70.0 wt% or more, based on the total solid content in the coating agent, with the proviso that the coating agent does not comprise graphite, wherein the hydrocarbon-based synthetic wax is an acid-modified polyethylene wax, and the laminate further comprises a primer layer or an adhesive layer between the metal sheet and the rubber layer.
