Summary:The present invention provides a strengthening device for measuring strength of ankle dorsiflexion and ankle plantarflexion. Accordingly, the strengthening device (10) includes: a) a platform (12) to provide a recessed region for supporting a user foot (40); b) a force-bearing member (14) to facilitate a rotational movement or torque about its pivot joint (13) to perform a stretching action; c) a foot-placement member (16) adjustably connected to a longitudinal portion of the force-bearing member (14); d) a controller (20) facilitates to control any controllable parameter, setting, reading and/or measurements of the strengthening device (10); and e) a power source (30); wherein the force-bearing member (14) enables to be rotated or tilted in an appropriated inclined angle (?) to perform the stretching action by the user?s controller (20).
