Summary: | In a conventional permanent wave treatment apparatus using a heating rod, a highly damaged hair tip part is curled inside of the rod, and is directly subjected to a conductive heat of the rod, thus resulting in more accelerated hair damage. In addition a hair iron or a heating rod must be approached to the head part of a subject. Thus, there has been a problem that the head part of the subject becomes hot, and the subject feels discomfort. In order to solve this problem, there is provided a permanent wave treatment apparatus comprised of heating means for establishing a heating atmosphere about the subject's hairs; a rod (R) for curling hairs; the rod being formed so as to enable air distribution; suction means (3) for establishing the inside of the rod at a negative pressure state; and connecting means (7) for connecting the rod and the suction means. |
