THE SLIP CAST PART REDUCES PARTICLE CONTAIMINATION AND REDUCES PROCESS DRIFT IN PLASMA PROCESSES SUCH AS PLASMA ETCHING OF DIELECTRIC MATERIALS SUCH AS SILICON OXIDE.
