The present invention describes a new one ritonavir analogous compound that presents significantly superior activity in inhibition of HIV protease. There are also described the usage of the ritonavir analogous compound of the present invention or salt, ester or prodrug thereof as well as the usage of the compound and its pharmaceutical compositions in medicine, particularly, in the treatment of HIV infection, by itself or in combination with others anti-HIV drugs. La presente invencion se refiere a un nuevo compuesto analogo de ritonavir que presenta actividad significantemente superior en la inhibicion de la proteasa del VIH. Tambien se describen el empleo del compuesto analogo de ritonavir de la presente invencion o sal, ester o profarmaco del mismo, asi como tambien el empleo del compuesto y sus composiciones farmaceuticas en medicina, particularmente, en el tratamiento de la infeccion por VIH, por si mismo o en combinacion con otros farmacos anti-VIH.
