Summary:A process is provided for the solid-phase synthesis of a peptide amide which comprises attaching a alpha-nitrogen protected Calpha-carboxamide amino acid to a solid support by its side chain, removing the alpha-nitrogen protecting group, assembling a peptide chain on said alpha-nitrogen and then cleaving the assembled peptide amide from the solid support. Novel amino acid analogues, peptide amides and solid-phase supports are also provided. Se proporciona un procedimiento para la sintesis en fase solida de una amida peptidica, el cual comprende unir un aminoacido de Ca-carboxamida protegida por a-nitrogeno a un soporte solido por medio de su cadena lateral, remover el grupo protector de a-nitrogeno, ensamblar una cadena peptidica en el a-nitrogeno y luego escindir la amida peptidica ensamblada del soporte solido. Tambien se proporcionan analogos de aminoacidos, amidas peptidicas y soportes de fase solida.
