Summary:Aminocyclohexyl ether compounds of formula (I), or a solvate or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are disclosed. In said formula, A, X and R, -R5 have the meanings given in the description. The compounds of the present invention may be incorporated in compositions and kits. The present invention also discloses a variety of in vitro and in vivo uses for the compounds and compositions, including the treatment of arrhythmia and the production of analgesia and local anesthesia. Se describen compuestos de eter aminociclohexilico de la formula (I), o un solvato o sal farmaceuticamente aceptable de los mismos. El dicha formula, A, X, Y R1-R5 tienen los significados dados en la descripcion. Los compuestos de la presente invencion pueden incorporados en composiciones y estuches o equipos. La presente invencion tambien describe una variedad de usos in vitro e in vivo para los compuestos y composiciones, incluyendo el tratamiento de arritmia y la produccion de analgesica y anestesia local.
