Summary:The compounds of formula (I) exhibit useful pharmacological activity and accordingly are incorporated into pharmaceutical compositions and used in the treatment of patients suffering from certain medical disorders. More especially, they are inhibitors of the activity of Factor Xa. The present invention is directed to compounds of formula (I), compositions containing compounds of formula (I), and their use, which are for treating a patient suffering from, or subject to, physiological condition which can be ameliorated by the administration of an inhibitor of the activity of Factor Xa. Los compuestos de la formula (I) exhiben actividad farmacologica util y, consecuentemente, son incorporados en composiciones farmacéuticas y usados en el tratamiento de pacientes que sufren de ciertas alteraciones médicas. Más especialmente, son inhibidores de la actividad del factor Xa. La presente invencion está dirigida a compuestos de la formula (I), a composiciones que contienen compuestos de la formula (I) y a su uso, que son para tratar un paciente que sufre de, o que está sujeto a, una condicion fisiologica que puede ser mejorada por administracion de un inhibidor de la actividad del factor Xa.
