The present invention describes how in a gearing displacement device for a speed changing gearbox, a displacing impeller, a selecting impeller, an impeller which is placed in such a way that it can be exclusively axially displaced with respect to a housing, an auxiliary drive, to turn a rotary movement in a reciprocal movement, a brake, which is connected to selecting impeller and a latching device, which can be coupled and decoupled, are arranged in terms of their action, so that two out of three impellers are fixedly placed in terms of movement with mutual respect and are connected to third impeller by auxiliary drive, and this selecting impeller is fixed either rotary fixed or axially undisplaceable, with respect to housing.
