Summary:This invention relates to dispensing systems, such as lavatory cleansing systems, particularly dispensers (10) suitable for placement into a liquid containing vessel whose level of liquid is capable of changing from an upper level to a lower level and vice versa, such as a toilet tank. These dispensers (10) dispense and deliver a conserved amount of lavatory cleanser, into the liquid containing tank by controlling the rate at which water enters the dispenser. This invention also relates to a controlled solubility lavatory cleanser for use in conjunction with the dispenser. Esta invencion se refiere a sistemas dispensadores, tales como sistemas limpiadoras levatorios, particularmente dispensadores (10) adecuados para la colocacion en un recipiente que contiene líquidos cuyo nivel de líquidos es capaz de cambiarse desde un nivel superior a un nivel inferior y viceversa, tal como un tanque de escusado. Estos dispensadores (10) dispensan y suministran una cantidad conservada de limpiador levatorio, en el tanque que contiene líquido controlando el régimen el cual entra el agua al dispensador.
