Summary:A granulated antifoam composition comprising an antifoam, a siloxane wax binder, and a carrier. The antifoam includes a hydrophobic fluid wherein the hydrophobic fluid has a surface tension which is greater than or approximately equal to the dynamic surface tension of an aqueous dispersion of the detergent at above the critical micelle concentration of the surfactant and less than about 62 mN/m. The antifoam further includes a finely divided solid hydrophobic filler dispersed in the hydrophobic fluid. Una composición antiespumante granulada comprende un antiespumante, un aglutinante de cera de siloxano y un portador. El antiespumante incluye un fluido hidrófobo, en donde el fluido hidrófobo tiene una tensión superficial que es mayor o igual que aproximadamente la tensión superficial dinámica de una dispersión acuosa del detergente mayor que la concentración micelar crítica del surfactante y menor que aproximadamente 62 mN/m. El antiespumante incluye, además, un rellenador hidrófobo sólido finamente dividido disperso en el fluido hidrófobo.
