Summary:Provided are a device for forming a foamed kneaded material and a method for forming a foamed kneaded material, the device and method being capable of filling a mold forming space with the foamed kneaded material which has been satisfactorily foamed. First, a foamed kneaded material (a) is supplied into a cylinder (20) (first step). After that, a piston (26) is moved toward the foamed kneaded material (a) while an air vent hole (40A) is open, the air vent hole (40A) being formed in the piston (26) so as to penetrate therethrough (second step), and if it is detected that the piston (26) has reached an assumed position (X) which is assumed to be the position at which the piston (26) is in contact with the foamed kneaded material (a), the air vent hole (40A) is closed by an opening-closing plug (40B) (third step). Then, the piston (26) is further moved toward the foamed kneaded material (a), pressing the foamed kneaded material (a), which is within the cylinder (20), toward a mold forming space (14) (fourth step). Se proporciona un dispositivo para formar un material amasado espumado y un método para formar un material amasado espumado, el dispositivo y método tienen la capacidad para llenar un molde formando un espacio con el material amasado espumado que ha sido espumado satisfactoriamente; primero, un material amasado espumado (a) es suministrado a un cilindro (20) (primer paso); después de eso, un pistón (26) es movido hacia el material amasado espumado (a) mientras que un orificio de ventilación de aire (40A) está abierto, el orificio de ventilación de aire (40A) está formado en el pistón (26) para penetrar a través del mismo (segundo paso), y si se detecta que el pistón (26) ha alcanzado una posición asumida (X) que se asume que es la posición en la cual el pistón (26) está en contacto con el material amasado espumado (a), el orificio de ventilación de aire (40A) es cerrado por un obturador de abertura-cierre (40B) (tercer paso); después, el pistón (26) además es movido hacia el material amasado espumado (a), presionando el material amasado espumado (a), el cual está dentro del cilindro (20), hacia un molde que forma un espacio (14) (cuarto paso).
