La presente invención se refiere a un polímero de polietilenimina etoxilada que comprende (1) una estructura de polietilenimina, (2) una cadena de polioxietileno, en donde la cadena de polioxietileno tiene un promedio de 40 a 90 unidades de óxido de etileno por unidad de NH en la estructura de polietilenimina, (3) un grado de cuaternización del 1 % a menos deI 50%.
