La presente invención está relacionada con nanopartículas fotorresponsivas de liberación estimulada y su uso como una nueva estrategia para proveer un tratamiento antitumoral para cáncer de mama con especificidad incrementada. Se describen células Natural Killer (NK) con gránulos citotóxicos cargados de las nanopartículas fotorresponsivas de liberación estimulada biocompatibles, así como métodos para su preparación.
