Summary:The present invention provides antibodies that specifically bind to FLT3 (Fms- Like Tyrosine Kinase 3). The invention further provides bispecific antibodies that bind to FLT3 and another antigen (e.g., CD3). The invention further relates to antibody encoding nucleic acids, and methods of obtaining such antibodies (monospecific and bispecific). The invention further relates to therapeutic methods for use of these antibodies for the treatment of FLT3-mediated pathologies, including cancer such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). La presente invención proporciona anticuerpos que se unen específicamente a FLT3 (Tirosina quinasa tipo Fms 3). La invención proporciona además anticuerpos biespecíficos que se unen a FLT3 y a otro antígeno (por ejemplo, CD3). La invención se refiere además a ácidos nucleicos que codifican anticuerpos, y a métodos para obtener tales anticuerpos (monoespecíficos y biespecíficos). La invención se refiere además a métodos terapéuticos para el uso de estos anticuerpos para el tratamiento de patologías mediadas por FLT3, que incluyen cáncer tal como leucemia mieloide aguda (AML).
