Specifically, the present invention comprises less than 2.5% w/w of Vitis extract and an encapsulating system, which allows its better stabilization. The present invention is in the field of cosmetic preparations for treating the skin, especially with regard to liposome compositions involving a plant extract. La presente invención pretende resolver el problema constante del estado de la técnica relacionado con la falta de estabilidad de las nanopartículas lipídicas que contienen extracto de Vitis vinifera, mediante la elaboración de una composición estable de nanopartículas lipídicas que contienen extracto de Vitis vinifera y el uso del extracto de Vitis vinifera L. nanoencapsulado como activo en composiciones cosméticas, especialmente composiciones antienvejecimiento. Específicamente, la presente invención comprende menos del 2,5% en peso de extracto de Vitis y un sistema encapsulante, que permite su mejor estabilización. La presente invención se sitúa en el campo de las preparaciones cosméticas para el tratamiento de la piel, especialmente en lo que se refiere a las composiciones de liposomas que incluyen un extracto vegetal.
