Summary:Provided is an isolated polynucleotide including a nucleotide sequence coding for a non-natural 5'-untranslated region (5'-UTR) and a nucleotide sequence coding for a non-natural or natural 3'-untranslated region (3'-UTR). As such, the polynucleotide increases mRNA stabilization and translation efficiency and thus can be used for effectively acquiring a desired polypeptide. Se proporciona un polinucleótido aislado que incluye una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifica una región 5' no traducida no natural (5'-UTR) y una secuencia de nucleótidos que codifica una región 3' no traducida no natural o natural (3'-UTR). Como tal, el polinucleótido aumenta la estabilización del ARNm y la eficacia de traducción y por tanto, puede usarse para adquirir eficazmente un polipéptido deseado.
