The present invention relates to the field of anesthetics. Especially, the present invention refers to an injectable anesthetic solution having a reduced bitterness comprising: - an anesthetic agent; - optionally, a vasoconstrictor; - a pharmaceutically acceptable solvent; and - a bitterness suppressant comprising or consisting of a mixture of at least two among sodium saccharin, sorbitol and an amino acid, wherein the amino acid is selected from: serine, threonine and their mixtures. The present invention also relates to a method for providing said injectable anesthetic solution and its uses in dentistry, oral surgery and/or maxillofacial surgery. La presente invención se refiere al campo de los anestésicos. Especialmente, la presente invención se refiere a una solución anestésica inyectable que tiene un amargor reducido que comprende: - un agente anestésico; - opcionalmente, un vasoconstrictor; - un solvente farmacéuticamente aceptable; y - un supresor del amargor que comprende o consiste de una mezcla de al menos dos entre sacarina sódica, sorbitol y un aminoácido, en donde el aminoácido se selecciona a partir de: serina, treonina y mezclas de las mismas. La presente invención también se refiere a un método para proporcionar dicha solución anestésica inyectable y sus usos en odontología, cirugía oral y/o cirugía maxilofacial.
